• Commissioned USS YP-414, 13 July 1942

• Decommissioned, 10 August 1945, at Quincy Dry Dock & Yacht

• Struck from the Naval Register in 1945

• Transferred to the Maritime Commission, 13 November 1945, for disposal

• Returned to her owners General Seafoods, name reverted to FV Squall, fished out of Rockland, ME.

• Final Disposition, name deleted from registry in 1977, purchased by Russell Deveraux and the hulk beached at the entrance of Morse Cove in Penobscot Bay, ME. to serve as a breakwater for the marina in the cove

• Slowly rusting into Morse Cove over last 46 years
